SEDITION Contrary to Sections 39 (1) (a) and 40(1) (b) of the Penal Code Act CAP 120

PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
KALUNDI ROBERT SERUMAGA on the 11th September 2009 on the WBS TV Station at Kampala, during the KIBAZO ON Friday LIVE TALK SHOW AND PHONE IN PROGRAMME with an intention to bring into hatred, contempt and to excite disaffection against the person of the President, uttered the following words.
“But I’m sorry to say we are also suffering from what seems to be very poor quality breeding, or very poor quality upbringing on the part of Yoweri Museveni ok? The word Mukopi can be taken at two levels but he has shown that he is incapable of understanding basic good manners “

KALUNDI ROBERT SERUMAGA on the 11th September 2009 on the WBS TV Station at Kampala, during the KIBAZO ON FRIDAY LIVE TALK SHOW AND PHONE IN PROGRAMME with an intention to bring into hatred, contempt and to excite disaffection against the person of the President, and the Government, as by law established, uttered the following words;
“You see we have to reach a point where we decide, are we dealing with serious, well formed mature people or are we dealing with people who are suffering from poor upbringing. You cannot run a State with this kind of thinking, all that has happened since Sunday up to today shows me one thing that Uganda today is a colonial occupation of Buganda and is a colonial occupation of Bunyoro and is a colonial occupation of Acholi, just those three, I can stop there but it can actually go -, further. Buganda is now under occupation, the only way the Government can actually do what it wants to do is to deploy,   soldiers and police to shoot people on sight in order to do what it says it wants to do”

“The problem is that everybody who was the UFF side of NRM, in other words, all the Baganda by the time the War ended, they were all dead, ok! All of them; Seguya, he was dead, they say he was poisoned, we don’t know, Mutebi was. dead, Nekemiah Mutebi was dead, Lule was dead; that one died from his own problem, do you get it? And even some other senior commanders, people like Kaggwa was a very heroic commander was dead; the PRA has never explained how come they came out alive but the people they united with in the bush to form NRA on a platform of correcting the wrong in 1966 how come all those Baganda were dead? Now, Museveni’s problem today is that all those questions are still, pending questions of 1966 onwards,... because once that constitution broke down in.l96€ all these problems came; now because of poor upbringing and thinking that you can continuously fool people, he thinks that he is going to replace arguments with soldiers; it wont work..... “

KALUNDI ROBERT SERUMAGA on the 11th September 2009 on the WBS TV Station at Kampala, during the KIBAZO ON FRIDAY LIVE TALK SHOW AND PHONE IN PROGRAMME with an intention to bring into hatred, contempt and to excite disaffection against the person of the President, and the Government as by law established, uttered the following words;

“ ....if President Museveni, because of his character or his Upbringing or whatever have failed to understand organized Constitutional Processes, that’s his problem. The issue here is that as long as the Banyoro and people who can be convinced to start thinking that they are Banyoro like the Baruuli and the Banyala, as long as they can be destructed from the organized theft of oil that is being organized in Bunyoro by being sent to quarrel with....to re-event 200 old Years quarrels with Buganda, then the government is fine.

The real issue here is that the entire oil industry is in the hands of a few people. The two Forces guarding the oil fields in Bunyoro are who? The Presidential Guard Brigade, oil is not a President therefore PGB has no business protecting the oil, then secondary;
Saracen Security. Saracen Security owned by the President’s brother is another Force active there “

“who, it doesn’t matter but the point is, Ugandans, especially Banyoro do not have any idea of what is happening in the oil industry and that is what Museveni wants hence to send them out..... “

“ The Banyoro should wake up and remember who Kabalega was and ask the questions that were asked that you people you are drilling oil in our Native homeland, what is our stake, how much oil is it, what are our rights, that is number one...The Banyala have told you that they are Baganda, even the family of that man Kimeze have told you that they don’t know what their brother is doing....there is nobody in Bunyala that is why he cant make it a policy issue he has to deal with them individually, secretly in State House and start....money “
